In TKT Reward Club you earn 100 TKT Points for every €1 of your purchases. The points from your purchases are calculated based on the final price of the products (including 24% VAT), without the amount of Shipping and Cash on Delivery, if any. By unlocking higher LEVELs, the €-Points ratio becomes even more favorable and you earn more points, e.g. reaching LEVEL 10, where the conversion factor is x2, you earn 100×2=200 Points for every €1 of your purchases!

In addition, you earn 1000 TKT Points as a reward after completing your first order on teeketi.com, while each subsequent order is rewarded with 200 Points. These Points are added in addition to the points you earn from the amount of your purchases.

Examples:

• If you are at the 1st LEVEL and make your first purchase worth €20 (without shipping and cash on delivery costs) you will earn 20×100=2000 Points from the €20 value of your order and an additional 1000 Reward Points for your first purchase. Total 2000+1000=3000 points.
• If you are at the 1st LEVEL and make a subsequent purchase worth €20 (without shipping and cash on delivery costs) you will earn 20×100=2000 Points from the €20 value of your order and an additional 200 points for your order. So, in total you will earn 2000+200=2200 points.
• If you are at a higher LEVEL e.g. at LEVEL 10 (conversion factor is x2), for the a purchase worth €20 you will earn 2000×2=4000 points and an additional 200 reward points, so a total of 4200 points.

The points of your purchases are added to your collection immediately after the completion of your order’s preparation and its dispatch by us to your address. Therefore, don’t worry if you don’t see the points for the amount of your purchases added to your collection immediately after completing your online order, this will happen immediately, within a few hours. Usually, an order leaves our store within 1-3 days.

You earn 500 TKT Points for your first review of a product from the teeketi.com collection. Also, each subsequent review you make gives you 200 extra points for your collection. You can find the REVIEW Area at the bottom of each product page. There, you can rate the product with 1-5 stars, as well as leave a message for your review.

You earn 4000 TKT Points when you invite a friend to make a purchase on teeketi.com. The invitation is made by sending your invited friend a unique URL which you can find in the corresponding field in the ACHIEVEMENTS & REWARDS list on your TKT REWARD CLUB page, by clicking HERE. After your friend clicks on the link you sent and successfully completes an order, then 4000 reward points are added to your account. At the same time, your friend earns the points from his or her own purchase. So, you’re all winners!

Yes, it’s true! You can simply LOG IN to your teeketi.com account and earn 50 Points for each connection. To log in, you need the information you used to register, i.e. your e-mail and your login password. You don’t need to make a purchase or any other action in our store, just LOG IN to earn points. Only limitation! Points are added to your account only for the first LOG IN you made within a 24-hour period, in other words you can log into your account every day and earn 50 TKT Points for each day. From redeeming your points, you earn the amount in € corresponding to them as a discount on your purchases. Specifically, every 2000 points you redeem corresponds to a €1 discount on your purchase. It is worth knowing that the minimum points you can redeem for each of your purchases is 5000 (=€2.5), while there is no upper limit of redemption points. Points redeemed for purchases are deducted from your collection.

You must have collected at least 5000 TKT Points to be able to redeem them in your purchases. Thus, the minimum points you can redeem for each of your purchases is 5000 (=€2.5), while there is no upper limit of points you can redeem. Points redeemed for purchases are deducted from your collection.

In case of a return, the points previously added to your collection from the purchase are automatically deducted from the total points.

Points redeemed with your online purchases are not refundable under any circumstances. Thus, even if you return a product, the store cannot return any points to your TKT Reward Club account, nor can it pay you back the amount of your discount from redeeming points.

Good news! Your status LEVEL is preserved forever. In other words, once a LEVEL 10, always a LEVEL 10! So, while you redeem points and the available points balance in your collection decreases, it does not drop you down the reward LEVEL scale. The collected TKT Reward Club points are valid for one year from the date of your registration on teeketi.com. After this time, your Points are automatically reset, while you do not lose your LEVEL status. So, you can start over collecting Points easier and faster.

To get a €5 discount on the amount of your purchases, it is enough to redeem 10000 TKT Points (2000 Points = €1). You can have earned these 10,000 points either by exclusively making purchases of around €100 (specifically less than €100, as points are earned from the action of completing an order itself too) or by having used the other ways of obtaining points, to get more by spending less.

You can earn 10000 points in TKT Reward Club having previously made purchases costing less than €100 (as points are earned apart from the amount of money spent, the action of completing an order itself, too). Of course, by using the other ways to earn points, such as reviewing products, inviting a friend, or logging in regularly to your account, you can earn points by spending less money. Finally, by leveling up, the points you earn from your purchases in our store are more, and thus you earn points faster.
